The establishment of the International Caregiving Association aims to achieve a better nursing environment and promote the development of international exchange through the education and training of human resources to support the nursing profession.
Japan is known as an advanced aging country. With a rapidly aging population, it easily leads to the shortage of manpower in home care and geriatric care in Japan.
Our goal is to improve the nursing environment by building a new system of nurturing nursing personnel.
Not only in Japan but also in the world, our association tries to provide the newest nursing care information for the elderly health issues and welfare.
